Truffle Support

To create an account:

1. Open the Truffle app
2. Tap on the Profile icon (bottom right)
3. Follow the prompts to sign up with your email and password
4. Enter your display name (optional)

You can also browse videos without creating an account in demo mode.

Watching videos on Truffle is simple:

• Swipe left/right: Move between different videos
• Tap once: Pause or play the current video
• Scrub zone (bottom left): Drag to skip through the video
• Dice icon: Jump to a random video

All videos are in landscape mode for the best cinematic experience.

If videos aren't playing, try these steps:

1. Check your internet connection (WiFi or cellular data)
2. Make sure you have the latest version of the app
3. Close and reopen the app
4. Restart your device
5. Check if iOS is up to date

If the problem persists, contact us at truffleapp@proton.me with details about your device and iOS version.

To reset your password:

1. Contact us at truffleapp@proton.me with the subject "Password Reset"
2. Include the email address associated with your account
3. We'll send you instructions to reset your password

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Email us at truffleapp@proton.me with the subject "Delete Account"
2. Include the email address associated with your account
3. We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your viewing history and preferences will be deleted.

Yes, Truffle is currently free to use with no in-app purchases or subscription fees. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core viewing experience will remain free.

Truffle specializes in curated AI-generated cinematic content, including:

All content is carefully curated AI cinema for a premium viewing experience in landscape orientation.

Currently, offline downloads are not available. You need an internet connection to stream videos. We may add this feature in future updates.

The app is optimized for landscape viewing on all devices.

We review all reports within 24 hours.
